Tequila!

After a pleasant BBQ, we started the tournament with 16 players which allowed for bounties once again.

Our first elimination didn't take place until over an hour into the tournament. Consolidation to 2 tables was short lived when the three short stacks went out in rapid fashion. So when the final table of 8 was seated, all the players had enough chips to contend for the win.

After being force-fed a tequila-ladened margarita, Norm sucked out on chip leader Larry, and then bullied his way to his first tournament victory. Dan Lawrence took second, and Jared Warren took third.

The final hand, 2 pair vs. a failed draw to a straight and a flush.
